Install 72 in. chain link fence and three strands of barbed wire post set in 36 in. concrete footers. (1) 20 ft. swing gate in line.

Notes:  

Fence to be black vinyl wrapped on Scranton Road side, with only one strand of barbed wire on Scranton. Swing gate to be painted black.
